Specifications include, but are not limited to: grading of approximately 3.1 acres for improvements consisting of: a. Demolition of existing conditions b. Earthwork, excavation and fill c. Rough and fine grading d. Construction of an entrance from Grant Ave along the site’s frontage e. SWM facilities, including but not limited to manufactured treatment devices f. Closed conduit storm drainage system g. Sanitary sewer h. Extension of dry utilities to service yard and building i. Site signage and pavement marking j. Curb and gutter, sidewalks, and concrete and asphalt paving k. Landscaping and tree preservation l. Retaining Walls and structured parking (slip deck) m. Fencing with gates n. Erosion and sediment controls, including permanent and temporary stabilization o. Site furnishings p. Dumpster area and enclosure construction of a new four-story Public Safety Facility building with a mechanical penthouse; a new three-story Auxiliary Building for evidence processing, the motorcycle unit, a fitness area, and storage with one connecting bridge; a new two-story parking garage with one level partially below grade; a new service yard; an impound lot, and perimeter security walls and fences and access control gates. The work also includes site development including hardscapes, landscaping, and surface parking, for the building site.
