Specifications include, but are not limited to:LANGUAGE SERVICES: Translation, Face-to-Face Interpretation & Telephonic Interpretation. The majority of requests for translation and interpretation services will entail translation from American English to the requested language (i.e., target language). Offerors may propose to provide any or all of the services described in this section. Most requests (as much as 99%) for Language Services take place during normal school and office hours.However, there are emergency situations throughout the year where PWCS would like to have access to translation and interpretation services after normal hours, seven days a week. It is PWCS’ desire to achieve this requirement by contracting with one or more qualified Offerors.
