Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE CITY OF HAMPTON IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED OFFERORS TO DEVELOP AND PREPARE A DETAILED INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HAMPTON IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNITED STATES OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) CIRCULAR A-87, A-102 AND OTHER APPLICABLE FINANCIAL DIRECTIVES. 1. Offeror shall perform services to the highest standards in the consulting industry. 2. Review the City’s financial records, allocation bases, indirect cost pools and methods of distributing costs for appropriateness and also to identify alternative methodologies which may favorably impact indirect cost recoveries. 3. Present, negotiate and secure approval of the plan with appropriate Federal and State agencies. 4. Consultant, upon finalization of the annual Indirect Cost Allocation Plan, shall submit two (2) copies of the plan to the City, plus a third copy in a form which may be used to provide additional copies as requested. 5. Consultant, upon finalization of the annual Indirect Cost Allocation Plan, shall submit the required number of copies to the City’s cognizant federal agency along with the finalized cost proposal. 6. The City will provide liaison with City departments and offices, including scheduling appointments, introductions and limited assistance in gathering data. 7. Consultant will provide the City an invoice for work when the final Indirect Cost Allocation Plan is delivered. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of receiving the invoice.
