Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Bi-monthly written status reports to the Planning Department’s project manager, indicating progress made in fulfilling the scope of services/contract requirements. All invoices are expected to be submitted promptly so that accounting can be performed in a timely manner. 2.Develop a public involvement plan for engaging with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders. The public involvement plan should have clear branding and messaging that can be used in the production of other materials and in the final report. A minimum of three public meetings will be included as a component of the public involvement plan. The consultant team will be expected to develop all materials (handouts, posters, presentations) for public meetings. 3.Attend City Planning Commission and City Council briefings and public hearings in support of City staff as needed. This may take the form of joint meeting(s).
