Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor transports the goods from the warehouse to Virginia ABC retail stores according to the daily delivery schedules, and provides offloading service into the retail store. Due to the unloading conditions at some stores, trailers of varying lengths and heights are required. The Contractor is responsible for optimizing routes using an industry standard software routing tool according to specific constraints at store locations. This software must be able to integrate with Manhattan Associates WMOS and must include load planning, which must be available at the start up time designated by Virginia ABC. The Contractor is also responsible for transporting return merchandise and supplies from the stores to the warehouse and between individual store locations.
