Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work processes and materials used in the connection of all Celebration in Lights displays must meet all local, state, and federal regulations governing the installation temporary/seasonal electrical lighting. B. City personnel install displays prior to the connections; installation of displays will occur between the first Monday of October and five (5) days prior to Thanksgiving Day. C. Contractor must use existing materials and supplies to the fullest extent possible to connect displays. When requiring new or additional materials/supplies, the Contractor shall submit an itemized list, including units needed and total cost of items, to the Contract Administration for approval, prior to procurement and/or installation. D. Contractor will provide one licensed electrician to remain on-call from start of set up to completion to handle any issues that may arise. E. In the event of a natural disaster, vandalism or theft Contractor will provide hourly rate in Exhibit C Price Proposal for any emergency repairs.
