Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Removal of the primary structure (house) to include the footing, any secondary structures identified(Sheds, Garages, etc.), and the cleanup and disposal of all demolition debris.i.NOTE: The contractor is not required to remove any hazardous materials, underground tanks, etc.ii.The properties have been investigated and do not contain ASTs/USTs, asbestos, or any other hazardous materials, OR they have been removed prior to the anticipated demolition.b.Removal of all footings, concrete slabs, sidewalks, driveways, asphalt, other trash and debris etc.on the property.c.Recycling or disposal of all debris at an approved landfill or disposal site. Contractor shall provide copies of disposal receipts to the City.
