Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Perform/provide routine and preventative maintenance on all DSX hardware, including locks, card readers, request and motion exit devices, panels, etc. b. Perform/provide replacements and/or repairs of damaged, inoperable, and malfunctioning hardware, as necessary to return the system to full functionality. c. Perform/provide routine and preventative upkeep of the WinDSX software, working with the City Information Technology Department and the DSX Manufacturer, as necessary to ensure the software is running correctly, is patched and updated as necessary, and is utilized as intended. d. Be able to provide Emergency and Routine Response capability e. Participate in regular meetings with City Security and IT staff to develop Citywide DSX access control strategies and identify needs.
