Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following services are to be performed daily: 1) Vacuum all carpets. Carpets are to be vacuumed even if there is no visible trash. 2) Sweep and wet mop all other floors. 3) Clean glass and metal work at entranceway and in and around stairwells. 4) Clean windows (lower two panes) as detailed in Appendix 3. 5) Empty trash receptacles, those inside as well as those outside) and replace liners (i.e., trash bags). 6) Empty cigarette butt receptacles. 7) Clean desks, tables, file cabinets, computer work stations, and all empty shelving. 8) Dust/clean moldings, ledges, window sills, and computer equipment. 9) Clean and sanitize water fountains, telephones, sinks, and countertops. 10) Clean all restrooms in accordance with the County’s Restroom Cleaning SOP (Appendix 1) and restock all dispensers. 11) Clean/dust all light fixtures. 12) Clean/dust all air supply and air return vents. 13) Clean and polish elevator doors and walls. Clean elevator floor. 14) Spot clean walls and woodwork, to include graffiti removal. 15) Dust all blinds. 16) Clean the inside and outside of staff lounge microwave. 17) Empty recycling containers.
