Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Developing a design schedule in accordance with the overall project schedule. Design schedule must include all proposed community meetings, design committee meetings and milestone deadlines and submissions;•Designing and planning of overall community engagement meetings in consultation with Division leadership toinclude execution of community surveys, focus groups, and community meetings;•Overseeing execution of all community engagement meetings with appropriate guidance and support from Divisionstaff including communication and outreach, logistics, content development, and facilitation of discussions;•Providing full reports from all community engagement activities/meetings including 1) detailed notes from each meeting, 2) summary report and implications, and 3) presentation of high-level findings and recommendations to Division leadership;•Development of preliminary and final architectural, engineering & civil drawings, including schematic plans &specifications;•Conducting and providing minutes for design committee and progress meetings;
