Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall have an adequate number of experienced personnel on staff to provide court reporting services should the Court require more than two (2) court reporters at the same time. B. Contractor shall provide certified court reporters (CCR) and shorthand reporters. Contractor must be able to provide real time reporting, stenographic, and shorthand reporting as required. Contractor shall have the ability to provide six (6) experienced court reporters simultaneously to perform real time reporting and stenographic reporting. (The certification requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Contract Administrator, depending on the proposed personnel’s level of experience.) C. Court reporters shall arrive early enough at the Courts Complex to set up necessary equipment to ensure that the Court’s docket commences on time. The court reporter shall ensure that set-up is complete prior to the start of proceeding to avoid delaying the court docket. The Circuit Court recommends arrival at the Courts Complex at least one-half hour before the court’s docket is scheduled to commence.
