Specifications include, but are not limited to: ITEM 1: Mobilization, including mobilization and demobilization. Lump Sum Total $ ITEM 2: Preliminary (Phase 1) Erosion and Sediment Control, including but not limited to those items identified on Sheets 6 and 7 subject to the conditions of the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. (See Item 18 below for allowance for additional erosion and sediment control activities that may be required by Stafford County.) Lump Sum Total $ ITEM 3: Stockpile Development, generally including but not limited to those items necessary for preparation of the areas for usage by the Contractor subject to the conditions of the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. The work generally includes road work as may be required by the Contractor to access the area and other activities as Contractor may deem necessary to have access to these areas throughout the Project. Includes restoration of internal roads to condition suitable to continued use by Owner at end of project. Lump Sum Total $ ITEM 4: Base Grade earthworks to achieve base grade contours indicated in Drawings, including abandonment or demolition of all items that impact grading, clearing and grubbing, grading, over excavation in wetland areas or other unsuitable materials as specified, hauling excess materials to stock pile areas, structural fill to grade, proof rolling and all other work required to complete the base grade. This item in to include earthworks involved with cut-to-fill in the project area. Excess excavation and hauling excess material to the stockpile area is to be within Item x. Lump Sum Total $ ITEM 5: Perimeter Road and Ditch Grading, generally including but not limited to those items identified on the drawings related directly to road and ditch construction subject to all conditions of the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and details.
