Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Communications & Public Engagement invites qualified bidders to submit quotes for the following services: a. Pre-launch research. Review of pertinent County materials on strategic planning and communications policies and completion of a synthesis of best practices from benchmark aspirational communities. b. Kickoff meeting. Present benchmark research to CAPE and develop a shared understanding of the goals and objectives for the communications strategic plan with key County leadership, leading to a framework to direct the communications plan process. c. Project Plan. Work with the CAPE Director to develop a project work plan to guide development of the strategic communications plan, including roles and responsibilities. d. Input design and analysis. Work with the CAPE Director to develop an input strategy, including developing the right questions related to communication and engagement gaps/needs/challenges and the most critical target audience(s). e. Biweekly strategy and project management calls. Biweekly calls with the CAPE Director to guide the development of the plan and alignment of office resources to support it.
