Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Must be able to automatically handle shift rotations for scheduling. a. i.e. Every 6 weeks day shift rotates to nights, night shift rotates to days etc. 2. Must provide a customizable Dashboard that can be tailored to the individual’s role and access levels. 3. Must provide web portal or application access that can be accessed from cellular devices. 4. Must be able to provide text messaging and email services (in house or through a 3rd party). 5. Must be able to allow employees to request time off – and it be sent electronically to their designated supervisor. 6. Must not allow employees to request time off that places an accrual bank in the negative. 7. Must be able to allow supervisors to sign off on employee leave requests.
