Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The cleaning requirements specified herein are the minimum acceptable level of service provision. All work will be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the contract specifications and the City Contract Administrator’s instructions to ensure that all services are being accomplished in the best interest of the City. 2. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, and supplies (excluding City furnished materials specified herein) in performance of the services. 3. All cleaning services requirements shall be inclusive of all interior and exterior areas of the venues including, but not limited to, perimeter, stairwells, sidewalks, and entryways. In addition to this requirement, the Contractor shall be responsible for the following areas at each respective venue: a. Scope Arena i. All entrances and front steps; ii. Concourses; iii. Elevators; iv. Ash urns and designated smoking areas; v. Stairwells; vi. Restrooms; vii. Vomitoria; viii. Locker rooms; ix. Dressing rooms; x. Meeting rooms; xi. Media rooms; xii. Ex-Hall Lobby; xiii. All interior and exterior trash cans including Parking Garage trash cans; xiv. Water Fountains; xv. Pub Restaurant. b. Chrysler Hall i. Entrances; ii. Trash cans; iii. Elevators; iv. Lobbies; v. Surrounding exterior sidewalks; vi. Carpeted areas; vii. Restrooms
