Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide a holistic CAD/RMS to provide at minimum the following: Law Enforcement & Fire Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) Interfaces to existing systems Data conversion/migration The system updates and replaces the existing CAD/RMS that manages the calls for service in the Airport. The system shall run in the most current Window OS and shall remain compatible with future OS upgrades. If proposing a system that operates in a Cloud environment, specify if it will be on or off premise and if there is an option to install in a hybrid configuration. System shall be accessible via a standard web browser if providing a Cloud Based System. Describe the browser used if using a Cloud Based System. devices, PC computers, tablets and or smartphones Web-based components, and components that are optimized to operate over wireless networks. The system shall have complete integration in between modules and do away with redundant entry of captured data within the system. All application systems shall operate concurrently. The equipment specified shall be able to function in a multi-tasking capability for simultaneous processing of application systems that are required. If several applications utilize the same data server, the System shall be configured to assure priority workstation response for the CAD/RMS. The system shall provide a messaging process that operates throughout all modules in the system. The messages shall be able to be saved and be able to be attached to a record. The System shall allow the end user (if user has rights) to add and rename fields to fit the need of the Commission. Those fields shall be searchable and reportable. The architecture will allow the system to be scalable to meet the needs of the Commission. Single entry (i.e., no duplicate data entry). Transmission of selected data to external sources as defined by the agency. Ability to enter and query narrative text fields. Ability to access multiple instances of the system from a single system workstation. Validation on data entry (i.e., logical edits, edit checks for all fields). The system shall interface in to the VCIN system maintained by the Virginia State Police. The system shall interface with the Motorola ASTRO P25 Radio System.
