Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identify matters the Board desires to discuss at the Retreat by conducting interviews, either in-person or via telephone, with all Board members and the CEO.➢Prioritize matters to be discussed at the Retreat.Some topics that may be considered for discussion are as follows:•Governance structure of organization;•Formationofcommittees/subcommitteesforfarestructuretechnologyandGRTC’sbudget/audit processes;•Management of assets;•Review of content provided to the Board, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);•Development of a strategic policy and direction on growth;•Compliance with ordinances on the issuance of citations, setting fares, management of transit service and maintenance of service and stops;•Establishment of a productive CEO/Board relationship.
