Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Product Selection: The Contractor shall provide a selection of fresh, quality products appropriate in the University's market. Products shall include, but not be limited to: a.Carbonated beverages, canned, fountain and bottled b.Fruit juices and fruit juice products, canned, fountain and bottled c.Iced tea, canned or bottled d.Sports drinks, bottled e.Water, bottled f.Specialty drinks, canned or bottled 2. New Products: The Contractor shall provide new products as they become available throughout the contract term. Prior to introducing new products, the Contractor shall obtain written permission from the University's Contract Administrator. The Contractor shall provide recommendations of the products and flavors to be served for Contract Administrator approval. 3. Restocking: The Contractor shall stock the vending machines on a schedule approved by the Contract Administrator within five (5) days of contract award. Any changes to the schedule must be approved by the Contract Administrator prior to the change. 4. Vending Equipment: a.Equipment. The Contractor shall provide all required equipment at no cost to VSU. Required equipment shall be mutually agreed upon between VSU and the Contractor. Unless otherwise indicated, Contractor shall retain title to such equipment. Upon termination of the contract, the University will release equipment to the Contractor.
