Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Chesapeake (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Offerors to establish a contract with an organization(s) for a corporate partnership program that will provide opportunities for all benefitted part time and full time employees of the City of Chesapeake to enhance their performance and success in the workplace by providing career advancement skills and valuable training opportunities. The Corporate partner shall provide a detail of their program designed to enhance the learning and experience of the City’s eligible employees to include, but not be limited to: 1. Eligibility requirements to participate and whether an employee’s spouse and/or dependents are eligible. 2. Program conditions and limitations. 3. Program communications requirements. Designation of a single point of contact through whom all communications will be coordinated to include promotion of the program. 4. Course offerings and whether online or on-campus. 5. Personalized admissions and academic advising services. 6. Responsibilities of the employer, participating employee and corporate partner. 7. Financial obligations to include any tuition and fees, scholarship funds, financial aid, discounts, etc. 8. How financial obligations are collected directly from employees (e.g. lump sum, payment plan options).
