Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide glass replacement and repair services as required. The labor rate indicated on the bid form shall be for actual on-site and in-shop time only. Labor rates shall be provided at an hourly rate for automotive glass and replacement, crack and chip repair, and must include all direct and indirect costs for weekday evenings, weekends and County Holidays. The Contractor shall be able to provide emergency services outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) to include weekday evenings, weekends and County holidays. The Contractor shall provide to the County, prior to the start of any work under this contract, a name and telephone number of a contact person in the case of the emergency twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The Contractor will provide the County with automotive glass replacement and automotive glass repair services. Glass replacement services shall include the removal and installation of windshields, windows, and rear glass, as necessary. Glass repair services shall include repairs such as glass cracks or chips that can be repaired, without total automotive glass replacement. Services will be provided to the County either in-shop, on-site, or on a mobile basis at the convenience of the County.
