Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design and Construct at 112’X60X18’ Conditioned Storage Building with concrete floors, (2) 14’X14’ doors and 2 exterior 36” walk-in doors. 1 36” double door with removable mullion. One general use restroom, mechanical closet, custodial closet, Data closet, and large paper records storage room. See Attachment 2. 2. Secure all permits. 3. Site work, Excavation / backfill, Drainage, Grading, stump removal. 4. Tree Removal including stumps. 5. Concrete work, find grade, sub grade, form, pour and finish all flat concrete and curbs to the designed elevations and finish as described on approved/permit drawings. a. Follow all ACI Best Practices for forming, reinforcing, placement, mix design, finishing, saw cutting, control joints, expansion joints, cure and sealing. 6. Electrical Work, furnish and install complete electrical service. All installed equipment/panels/receptacles to be properly NEMA rated for its location and use. Construction to include all Dominion Power Costs. 7. Plumbing Work, Work will include one bathroom with hand sink, a custodial closet with mop sink, and exterior water bibs.. 8. Connect to local water and sewer lines. 9. HVAC Work will include heating and cooling the entire building and separate zones for the paper record storage and restrooms.. a. The paper record storage room will need to ensure humidity control. See Attachment 2. 10.The parking lot will be paved with lines and will include a minimum of 5 inches of base and 4 inches black top. 11.Door number 1 will be dug out to provide a loading dock with a height of 48 to 50 inches. A retaining wall should be included in the bid.
