Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to provide maintenance and repairs to various parks and athletic field and court electrical systems, including, but not limited to lamps (to include quartz, metal-halide and LED), bulbs, photo-gentrics, photo cells, contactors, switches, poles, supports, arms, transformers, wiring, cables, ballasts, timers, etc. All parts and supplies must be genuine to the particular lighting system, unless an acceptable/comparable and approved alternative is approved in writing by the City. Contractor shall routinely be expected to provide the necessary equipment and service for specialized athletic lighting systems and light poles that are up to 80 feet in the air, many times in tight areas due to existing vegetation, fencing, and specialized turf.
