Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide personnel to act as simulated patients, scenario role-players, evaluators, and supporting personnel as requested by the Program Director. 2. Contractor shall respond to SWCC’s request for temporary personnel within 48 hours of notification of a need from SWCC. 3. In connection with the performance of the services, any state, federal or local income or employment taxes, workers compensation coverage, social security, and any benefits or other expenses applicable to the placement of temporary personnel shall be the responsibility of the contractor. 4. Temporary personnel shall be paid by the Contractor and under no circumstances will temporary employees be considered employees of SWCC. Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance of payroll records, timesheets, etc. 5. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor(s) or their temporary personnel workers to provide transportation to and from the required location(s) where services are requested, parking may or may not be provided and, if not, will be the responsibility of the temporary personnel workers. 6. The vendor should have a pool of at least 25 people able to fulfill the roles of simulated patients, scenario role-players, evaluators, and supporting personnel.
