1. Furnish (as applicable) all labor, supervision, resources, travel, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals etc., necessary to provide the “Video Production Services” specified herein, and in response to, this URFP. 2. Produce a 6-minute video that demonstrates the value of Coastal Zone Management in Virginia. 3. Work in conjunction with the Contract Administrator to coordinate, plan and execute two (2), 10-hour production shoots in studio to capture interviews of key personnel, partners, and officials within the Virginia CZM Program. 4. Coordinate and execute an additional two (2), 10-hour production days in the field capturing B-ROLL (i.e. supplemental video footage) aerial drone footage and interviews near or around key environmental project sites in the Virginia Coastal Zone, including: Richmond, Hampton Roads and Eastern Shore regions. In coordination with the Contractor and as identified during development of the Story Board, additional BROLL will be secured by the Contract Administrator in coastal Virginia and provided to the Contractor.
