Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Pickup tires within 24 hours after receipt of the written request; 2. Pickup all tires that have been properly marked for pickup to include but not limited to damaged tires and tires that are on rims. The Contractor shall not leave any tires on City property that are marked for pickup, for any reason; 3. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws/regulations for the transporting, storage, and disposal of tires; 4. Be a registered transporter, and provide a copy of your registration with your bid submission. 5. Provide Central Fleet a manifest with a showing the quantity, type and size of tires picked up, at the time of pickup. The manifest shall have a unique tracking number, the date of pickup, and the signatures of the authorized party accepting the tires.
