Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall provide Virginia Certified, uniformed, College Campus Security Officers. The Contractor shall have five (5) years experience in providing security services to institutions of higher education or an agency of similar size. B. The Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, etc. necessary to Security Office Services at no additional cost, to include, but not limited to: a. Equipment b. Incidentals; c. Labor d. Materials e. Supervision if required f. Supplies g. Tools (as applicable) h. Training; i. Travel/transportation/mileage (to and from the job site); and j. Uniforms k. Provide Security Officers services on the Campus(s) of Rappahannock Community College and other locations, as requested by the College. C. The Contractor shall have a field supervisor located within 30 minutes of the Agency in the event quick response is needed. All security officers shall have a working knowledge of Agency’s safety and security procedures. D. All security offices will be certified as Campus Security Officers (CFO’s). All security officers shall demonstrate ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures; to lead, direct and train others in routine security procedures; and to react appropriately in emergency situations. All security officers shall have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Security Officers must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds
