Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Short-term individual and/or group counseling. 2. Consult on parent-child(ren)/teacher-student(s) management, behavior modification, and in determinant counseling. 3. Conduct in-service workshops or consultative conferences for school personnel as needed or on request. 4. Evaluate and identify students who have learning, social, and/or emotional adjustment concerns, when applicable. 5. Participate in special education eligibility conferences, when required, based on student needs. 6. Actively participate with the Crisis Intervention Team for Southampton County Public Schools. 7. Assist SCPS screening committees and act as a resource for teachers in determining the potential need for formal evaluation. 8. Provide school personnel with general knowledge regarding school psychological services available for students. 9. Other duties as requested by Supervisor.
