Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide a safety shoe truck on site minimally once per year on or about July of each year from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and allow for employees to come in shifts when scheduled. Virginia ABC may request additional visits if needed. The shoe truck shall have a sufficient amount of sizes and styles (approximately 10 to 15 styles with sizes varying from small to extra-large) to accommodate both men and women. The safety shoes must comply with ANSI standard “USA Standards for Safety Toe Footwear” and be marked ANSI Z41.1967 (OSHA standard requirement). Contractor shall also provide selection of EH-rated safety shoes. Contractor shall ensure proper fit for each employee. All shoes shall be new-firsts, no seconds or irregulars.
