PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Fire Programs (VDFP) is seeking a Request for information from vendor(s) who can provide mobile, on-site NFPA 1582 compliant screenings & physicals for approximately _150__ of adjuncts, firefighters. This RFI is being issued solely for the purpose of gathering information. This is not a solicitation to purchase goods or services, and no contract will be made as a result of the RFI. Vendors should not submit any information that may be considered trade secrets or proprietary information unless it is deemed necessary. All information provided in response to this RFI is subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). In the event a vendor revokes protection of any information you deem as a trade secret or proprietary, it is advised to include a reacted copy of your RFI submission.
