James Madison University (JMU) seeks to establish a partnership with experienced medical providers to deliver Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Services to JMU students and Radiology Services to JMU students, faculty, and staff. Radiology services shall only be provided to eligible individuals with a physician order. To clarify, students shall include part-time and full-time students (that pay student fees to the university), but those in Continuing Education or other such programs are not eligible where they do not pay student fees to the university. The university seeks an operationally self-supporting provider. The university offers no minimum guarantee of patients (students, faculty, and staff) that will utilize these services. Services shall not be extended to family members or dependents of JMU students, faculty, and staff or to the general public. Services shall only be provided to students, faculty, and staff.
