Specifications include, but are not limited to: Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Statement of Qualifications from qualified Construction Managers for the construction and commissioning of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements (VP015320). The project involves construction of five new sanitary sewer pump stations, approximately 3,700 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch force mains, and approximately 10,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch gravity mains and appurtenances. The new infrastructure will replace five existing HRSD pump stations, replace three City of Norfolk pump stations, and install new gravity trunk lines to divert the flow to the new pump station locations. Construction Managers shall have prior demonstrated experience with the construction of similar sized water, wastewater or stormwater pumping station projects.
