Specifications include, but are not limited to:In general, the analysis will evaluate the state of the County’s information technology (IT) environment. The offeror will be expected to conduct site visits, user/staff interviews, surveys, or other appropriate means to gain information. Items to be evaluated include, but are not limited to: 1.Network infrastructure, configuration, and services 2.System security and the balance with usability 3.Wireless architecture, deployment, and management 4.Physical and virtual platforms for server and desktop environments 5.Telecommunications infrastructure and services 6.Staffing and Help Desk services 7.Current hardware, software, and other technology assets 8.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software 9.Current operating policies and procedures 10.Consolidation of functions with County schools division 11. User “pain points” and other real or perceived needs 12. Backup and disaster recovery
