The Offeror shall furnish all services including, but not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, travel expenses, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide Executive Coaching Services for VCCS. A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor should provide an array of categories of training, and assessment services for different levels of management. 1. VCCS requires a reputable coaching vendor to provide services in the following roles: a. The Successful Offeror must provide a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC)-level coach. b. The vendor must provide coaching services and ensure the coaches have International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials. c. Coaches provided by vendor must have at least a bachelor’s degree. d. Coaches should have experience working with diverse populations such as women, veterans, people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community. e. Individuals holding certifications in various organizational, leadership development, assessments, approaches, and coaching credentials are highly preferred. f. Coaches should have experience training, coaching, or facilitating online and should list the names of preferred virtual platforms (if applicable) and programs in their proposal
