Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sourcing Performers: Contractor will identify, and subcontract with, performers for the event Contractor will pay sub-contractors directly; at no additional cost to the County above what it being submitted as part of this proposal. Marketing: In an effort to further develop audiences, the contractor is required to undertake at least one of the following marketing initiatives: Website: Post on Contractor’s website performance and link to the MLK Tribute event o website – https://www.mlktribute.org/ Facebook: Post on Contractor’s Facebook page program information and upload o performance photos Twitter: Promote program by Tweeting before and during actual performance, as appropriate Flyers/Cards: Promote program to local and target audience through the creation and distribution of flyers or cards Radio/Media: Participate in radio and print media interviews to inform the general public of the upcoming program. Equipment: Contractor will utilize existing equipment at event location (lighting, sound, etc.). If additional equipment is required beyond what is on site at the event location, Contractor must provide said equipment.
