Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contract(s) for the provision of Crowd Management/Security to include event staff to manage crowds, state certified security staff and parking staff on an “as needed” basis. Crowd Management/Security will be specifically tailored to public assembly events and successful Offeror shall work in conjunction with the Hampton Police Department and the “in house” staff during Coliseum events. Positions to include: Crowd Management/Security staff-to provide security services and guest services; staff positions to include ushers, ticket takers, security staff and other positions as required. Parking staff-to direct traffic and park cars in the Hampton Coliseum Parking Lots. Other personnel services to be determined as needed and mutually agreed.
