Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide access to the Instructor Essentials Course online to meet the pre-requisite requirement for the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) Instructor course. Participants must complete the course prior to the start of the class. 2. Be able to align participants with a local Training Center. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) Instructor course participants must successfully be monitored teaching within six months of completing the hands-on training session. 3. Provide two (2) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) Instructor courses for the following: a. Thirty (30) Health and Medical Sciences instructors on July 14, 2019 from 8am-5pm at Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg, VA. b. Twenty (20) Trade and Industrial Education instructors on July 25, 2019 from 8am-5pm at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, Norfolk, VA. c. Participants of the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) Instructor course should be able to train participants to save the lives of victims in cardiac arrest through high quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
