A. The work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, management, superintendence, transportation and performing all work in strict accordance with these Specifications and Plans. B. The term Contract Documents refers to all components of the contract including the Construction Specifications (Specs) and Contract Documents (Plans). C. The Contract Documents are intended to cover a complete project. It should be distinctly understood that failure to mention any work which would normally be required to complete the project shall not relieve the Contractor of their responsibility to perform such work. 1.2 PROJECT INFORMATION A. Project Identification: Biscuit Run Park, Grass Athletic Fields, Entry Road and Parking Lot. 1. The work generally consists of park improvements on County leased property at Biscuit Run Park tying into previously constructed work, except that the water main construction at the Avon Park Water Tank is on lands owned by the Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA).
