Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall install piping as follows: Install 6” steam piping for emergency boiler hook up, to include 8” 300# gate valve above existing steam header valve and new 6” t6ee outlet with 6” 300# gate on header to facility, piped to outside emergency boiler with blind flange to include 2” insulation labels. Pipe 6” Sch. 40 A54 GRB. Install boiler feed water from existing 4” header at Deaerator pumped discharge supply Install new 4” high performance lug body butterfly valve routing through floor grating and reducing to 2 ½” Sch. 40 pipe routing to outside emergency boiler hook up with blind flange to include 1 ½” insulation and identification labels. Steam supply from emergency boiler to facility header to include drip leg pocket with complete steam trap station, condensate return piped to existing high pressure return piping Install 2” Sch. 80 blowdown piping through lower section of window behind steam supply header installing sheet metal panel. Route pipe along floor with removable section of piping where it crosses floor, for removal when not in use. Approximately 3’ of existing trench piping to be replaced for tie-in including 2” slow opening valve and outside connection valve. Contractor shall install electrical supply and routing as follows: Install 100A 480VAC circuit breaker in the existing Siemens-Allis MCC Install conduit, wire and terminations as required for temporary Boiler connection Install EMT conduit in the Electrical Room
