Specifications include, but are not limited to:This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the State of Vermont on behalf of the Department of Human Resources (DHR) to gather input and obtain information and cost estimates to either maintain/upgrade the current on-site Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system (HCM also known as VTHR) v.9.1 to v.9.2 or replace the system with a cloud solution. The State seeks a qualified vendor with the experience, expertise and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven, state-of-the-art solution(s) to meet the State’s needs. The State will expect the selected vendor to provide the associated professional services necessary, either with vendor staff or an implementation partner, to complete the implementation. The RFI has four key objectives: • Provide prospective respondents with information regarding the business need. • Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if identified requirements can be met in a costeffective manner. • Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if the State should proceed with a “best of breed” solution or select a more comprehensive ERP. • Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if the State should proceed with an on-site or offsite upgrade of its PeopleSoft solution or seek an alternative solution.
