Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meeting with Design Consultant to Review Construction Plans: Prior to construction, the hired contractor will meet with the design team (FEA) and FCNRCD managers to review the Final Design Plans. The Contractor will coordinate with FEA and FCNRCD project managers when scheduling this pre-construction meeting. Procure Project Materials and Stabilize Tributary Channel and Banks as shown on the Final Design Plans. The specifics of construction are detailed in the Final Design Plans. Project construction will be supervised by staff from FEA. Generally, the hired contractor will be responsible for: Procuring all project installation and construction materials. Project material should be ordered in advance as necessary. Create small flood benches and localized erosion control in upper part of tributary (Zones 1, 2, and 3). Re-shape all banks along tributary to a 1V:2H slope. Stabilize channel banks and bed with coir logs and stone in lower part of tributary (Zone 4). Stabilize new bank slopes and other areas of bare soil with seeding and plantings including willow stakes. Final Walk through and Invoice submission
