Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Without notification from the State, the Contractor will plow all snowfall of two inches or more, or at the end of each snow fall. 2. Snow may need to be moved around the site, pushed up with a loader, or removed from the site. When the snow needs to be hauled from the site, the contractor will need to dispose of it properly. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to have a location where snow can be disposed. Please fill out bid response sheet for the equipment you will be using to perform these services. Where applicable, driver/operator must be CDL certified. 3. Snow removal services for these sites will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At no time should there be more than 4 inches of snow on the parking lots or driveway areas. 4. Contractor shall take care not to damage buildings, guardrails, curbs, and automobiles. Contractor will make repairs to material damaged during performing these services. Determination of the need for and extent of the repair is the sole discretion of the State of Vermont Contract Coordinator. Contractor to notify the contract coordinator and also onsite maintenance personnel of any damage that has been done within 12 hours and asap for electrical or water utility damage.
