Specifications include, but are not limited to: The review, acquisition, and implementation of a CMMS/EAM technology are critical and timesensitive. Given the City will receive funding through the CWSRF program, the final scope of work developed by the selected firm must comply with all CWSRF requirements. It is the City’s understanding that software acquisition costs, as well as costs for Water Resources related implementation tasks, are SRF eligible. Other implementation tasks related to DPW General Fund functional groups will not be SRF eligible and will be funded directly by the City General Fund. The following is a draft list of tasks for the assessment, procurement, and implementation the asset management technology: Work with City to ensure Step I CWSRF Requirements are Complete o Before finalizing a scope of work for the assessment, procurement, and implementation, the selected firm shall determine if any additional Step 1 CWSRF tasks are required. Review of Existing Asset Management Plan Documents Prepare and Review of Software Needs Assessment Prepare Final RFP including software specifications Forecast Probable Costs Review procurement and software implementation schedule Implementation progress meetings Bid Services Implementation Administration Services Review of City-wide Asset Management Policy Development and revision of existing department-level asset management plans including life cycle management, level of service, and risk/criticality
