Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) communicate and conduct regular meetings with the Project Manager; (2) provide content and develop graphic images, ecological designs, and layout for the Manual with Project Manager input; and (3) provide to the State editable digital documents of the final Manual for posting on the web, printing and making any future edits. ; Conduct an initial review of the existing drafted bioengineering methods, case studies, and content, including the native plant list and other partially drafted appendices and help identify areas/topics of improvement that may include alternate yet representative graphics and content to complete the Manual. c. Apply working knowledge of state and national shoreland programs and Best Management Practices – especially practices associated with the Vermont Lake Wise Program and those taught through the Natural Shoreland Erosion Control Certification Program.
