Specifications include, but are not limited to: Retainer contracts with multiple companies that can provide on-call Fencing and Security Services state-wide. The purpose of the contract is for new construction or renovations of small projects, preventative maintenance and emergency responses on an as needed basis. Work shall consist of providing Fencing and Security services at any of the state-owned Maintenance Operations facilities throughout Vermont. These facilities consist of maintenance garages, sand sheds, storage buildings and miscellaneous office spaces. Fencing and Security work may include site work on new projects, existing sites and or other Fencing and Security related projects. Fencing/security work may include installation of new fencing, manual or motorized gates, repairs to existing fencing, installation of new security systems, or other misc. related items.
