Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Sitework; a. Cuts and fills based on the concept site grading plan. b. No soils information is available at this time, ledge or boulder removal is not expected. c. Paved parking lot as shown on the proposed site plan, assume 7,000 SF of parking and curb cut, with a future parking lot assume 3,400 SF and site stair, see alternate #2. d. Topsoil will be stored on site for use in finish grading, excess material can be used by the Town. e. ADA parking signage (2). Parking lot line striping. 2. Site Utilities; a. New on-site mound septic system, including septic tank and pump station, see septic design drawing. b. New drilled well- assume location is within 50 ft of east side of building, include water line to building. c. Electric to be underground from utility pole along Monkton Ridge Road.
