Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Examine current conditions of the site, including an assessment of the grounds and buildings, ; 2. Meet with Public Works Department personnel to determine functional and operational needs, constraints, goals, and objectives. 3. Prepare a site plan of the site associated with the buildings and operational work flow of the site (not including the landfill area). ; Factors that should be considered include but are not limited to, the following: • the physical ability of the site to accommodate the proposed use; • vehicular access and site circulation; • infrastructure, such as power, water supply, wastewater disposal; • maximum energy efficiency, conservation, and sustainability; • costs and off-setting benefits; and • visual and auditory impacts on adjoining properties.
