Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will consist of demolishing the old structure/diversion and constructing a new concrete spillway/diversion along with constructing a new 12’x20’ CMU block access building. New power and communication lines will be laid to the building (5,500 LF). A 16” steel water line pipe will be rehabilitated with a CIPP liner (1,400 LF). To improve access to the structure, a road base access road will also be constructed with a concrete retaining wall on both sides of the road. The Project consists of the following: • Construct 12 ft wide UTBC access road (180 ft) to the diversion structure off of the existing trail in Wheeler Creek Canyon (adjacent to Ogden Canyon). • Construct various size concrete MSE retaining walls along the access road (12 ft max height). • Construct Concrete Diversion Spillway structure • Construct 12’x20’ CMU Diversion Control Building • Install 5,500’ of Power & Communications Conduit open trench and 100’ directional drilling • Install 1,400’ of cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner for an existing 16” water line • Bypass Wheeler Creek during construction will also be required
