Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide trash compactors, recycling compactors, and roll-off dumpsters, for both trash and recycling as required, and shall remove and dispose of non-recoverable refuse for City’s Department of Airports, as specified in Technical Specifications, Section III. 2. Contractor shall provide a list of appropriately licensed landfill, transfer station and alternate waste processing plant locations with current disposal rates that Contractor anticipates using during the term of this Agreement. All landfill, transfer stations, and alternate waste processing plant locations must be within Salt Lake County boundaries. City shall have the option of requiring Contractor to dispose of waste at the facility that provides the best value for the City. 3. Contractor shall remove and transport recyclable materials to designated sorting and recycling facilities. Contractor shall, whenever possible, utilize the recycling facility contracted to the City for recycling of comingled recyclables and cardboard. Use of alternate recycling facilities must be pre-approved by the Airport’s designee. Contractor shall pay City rebate amounts identified in Exhibit “B” for all comingled recyclables and cardboard.
