Specifications include, but are not limited to: e four regions use a tool known as the Three-Year Plan, which provides a means to identify projects beyond the scope of a normal station budget. For each station, the result is an ongoing station project list. These types of projects are more expensive projects that a station budget cannot support. These types of projects may be sidewalk enhancements, widening, drainage, etc. These projects generally are done through a procurement contract and require time, planning, and budget. The new AMS must have the capability to create work orders related to the Three-Year Plan projects, track progress of that work, and report completed work within the AMS and, possibly, to other systems to ensure the work is reported to the funding source for the project.
