Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall assist the UOT in accomplishing the following objectives as determined by the UOT, Board of Tourism Development and appropriate research: Bring visitors to the state through the promotion of Utah travel destinations and experiences. Focus on increasing visitor spending and length of stay. Increase the number of international visitors from Canada to Utah. Leverage internal and external partners and resources. Improve the quality of life for Utah citizens by job creation and tax burden relief. Position our brand to set the state apart and give us a competitive advantage as a destination. Establish and provide best practices in client services, technology, information and marketing. Establish highly coordinated marketing and advertising campaigns that produce results within set criteria (maximize ROI).
